Returned Goods Policy

Please follow the guidelines outlined below when returning products to Frank Silva & Sons.

Step 1: Contact your customer service representative to request a pick up.

Step 2: Package items in ONE box using the following guidelines

Each box must have its own return slip. Do NOT combine multiple returns into one box.

Note: Good product returns MUST be in the original box/ carton and can have no damage. FS & S must be able to resell the product that you are returning.

MISCELLANEOUS RETURNS

•must be returned in ONE Box not to exceed the size of a 100's Cigarette box.

•No Open food that is exposed to the other items in the box or the entire box will be thrown away and no credit will be issued.

•Only the following candy & snack vendors honor out of dates at retail. All other items will be disposed of, and the retailers WILL NOT receive credit from FS&S

SMOKELESS TOBACCO RETURNS

•must be returned in ONE Box not to exceed the size of a 100's Cigarette box.

•returns CANNOT be taped together. If the UPCs are damaged no credit will be issued and the product will be disposed of.

Step 3: Pickup

Please Note that FS&S Drivers are not permitted to pick up more than 1 Box per Pick UP Request slip. Items returned that do not pertain to the type of Pick Up Request will be disposed of with no credit issued.
